I Am Divinityand so are you.
The New Love — A Journey of Self-Love and Coming Home to You

Part 2 · Session 7 of 12

It Is ALL Your Light

With Master Anna, channeled by John McCurdy

This session took a profound and unexpected turn when Master Anna said, Your shame is your light, holding an experience for you to help you discover you and fall in love with you.

Wow! I (John) am still reeling from that, and from its implications, which Master Anna goes on to talk about.

Please begin by taking a few minutes to breathe deeply, and to note the sensations in your body and any wisdom that comes with them. Remember to feel, not analyze.

Enjoy!

The New Love · Session 7

It Is ALL Your Light

With Master Anna, channeled by John McCurdy

I am that I am!

Master Anna of Magical Service, also known as John’s soul. John’s divinity.

Ahh...

Welcome back, dear friend, to our class on love. And on relationships. And on magic. And on finding the light underneath the shame.

Mmm...

For indeed, what do you think the shame is?

...

It is light. How could it be anything else?

It is light, holding an experience for you. Many experiences, to help you discover you. To help you fall in love with you.

Mmm...

Yes indeed, the light of consciousness. There is nothing else.

There is no darkness. There is...

Ha! We were going to say there is no shame, but indeed there is the experience of shame within you.

And it is nowhere else. It is all within you.

All of the darkness you perceive around you, all of the craziness going on in the world—oh, so full of shame—it is all part of you. It is all within you.

Each one of you are sovereign and unique, and it is within each one of you. And for you specifically, dear friend, it is yours. It is within you. It is your imagination, your soul's imagination, for that is what all experience is.

Oh, that makes your mind a little crazy! And we ask you, dear mind, to step back, take a deep breath, and bear with us.

For you see, there are no victims anywhere, in all of creation. None. Ever. In any way.

Oh, you have created lots and lots of experiences of being a victim. But what are those experiences? They are simply light, your light, being modulated in a way for you to experience a part of yourself, so that you could know better who you are. So that you could understand better how energies work, and who you are.

Mmm...

So often, we have John struggling for words. Because so much of what we are talking about doesn't really fit in words. It doesn't fit in the mind, and words come from the mind.

And that is a clue, dear friend. If you have a lot of words in your mind, well, that is where you are. In your mind, trying to understand something that doesn't fit there.

So we ask you to be still, dear mind. Let the words go. Let the definitions go.

Oh, we will continue to speak in words, because the mind needs something to hold on to, something to at least try to understand. It helps it to relax, to feel safer.

But we want you to hear us right now: There is nothing, nothing at all, in all of existence, other than your light!

Let that in.

Oh, that changes your perspective on all the things you see around you!

What you see is still your light. You look out and you see darkness, but that is simply your perception. The experience created in your soul's imagination, which is nothing like the mind's imagination.

Ha! We talk about imagination. It is where you create, it is how you create. And the mind goes, “Oh yes, let's create this new car! This new home! Or this new whatever, or just some money in the bank!” And the mind starts telling a story, using words. Or conjuring up visual images, and those are just like words. They are coming from your mind.

Visual images come through your eyes, as your mind interprets the signals from your eyes.

Hmm...

So, let's go beyond all of that, into your feeling.

Feel your light.

Feel as your soul, this grandness of you, as it feels into your light. As it imagines, but not according to a story. It simply opens up. Ah, what is here right now? What is in my imagination right now? And it experiences that.

And it imagines some of it coming into your 3D human reality, and then you the human experience that.

Mmm...

So, we'll be talking much more about this as we go forward, in this class and in other places. But right now, we want you to feel how it is all your light. Every bit of it.

Mmm...

So, this class is also about relationships. We talked in our last session about the new relationship with you, so now let's talk about all the other relationships in your life.

What does any of this have to do with them? Well, to begin with, they are all your light. They are all you.

You look out there and you see all these other people. And indeed, they are connected to other beings who have their own consciousness, their own sovereignty. But you are not seeing them. Instead you are seeing an avatar created from your light, like a character in one of your multiplayer video games.

And indeed, it is connected to those other people, those other beings, so that it reflects them to a certain extent. But it is also you, and it is also reflecting a part of you.

Ahh...

So many of you, when you think of relationships the first thing you think of is that soulmate you are longing to find. Or this person that you are married to and can't stand, or with whom it is just not working anymore. Or the boss at your job, your parents, your children, and all these different relationships you have.

When we first started talking about this class with John and Romana, John had all these things going through his mind about—well, he has a beautiful relationship. It has helped him to understand more about relationships, and about love. And mostly it has helped him to understand himself more. So there is a part of him that wants to have all this good advice on how to make your relationship work, or how to find the relationship you want.

So, we have delayed this channel a little bit, to let him feel into all of that and come to the realization that there is only one relationship here that matters, and that is the relationship with you. Your relationship with you, with your soul, your divinity, which is all you.

Because, you see, when you build that relationship with you, all of the other relationships in your life will all come into clarity and balance.

Some will leave your life, because they no longer fit. Others will come in, because they are a much better match to you. And you will find that it all gets so much clearer when you focus on your relationship with you.

John spent most of his life searching for this relationship that he imagined. Oh, he could feel it. He could feel Romana. He could feel others whom he has also been close to in other lifetimes, who also could have had beautiful relationships with him. But it wasn't until he had the relationship with himself that Romana could come in.

Because we knew—I knew, John knew—that this lifetime really wasn't about that other relationship. It was about this relationship with me, his soul, himself. And only when that was clear could a truly clear relationship come in.

So, for those of you who are longing for a relationship with another person—and we understand. Oh, it is a lonely place when you are still longing, when you are still deep in that shame, when you are so ashamed of yourself that you can't really have a relationship with you. Oh, that is such a lonely place!

Yes, we do understand. We have been there many, many times, in this lifetime as John and in others, and in feminine lifetimes that I have lived. So we understand that loneliness, and we have to say to you: The solution is to fall in love with you. To love yourself.

Hmm...

Yes, John, we said “fall in love” deliberately, because that is not so easy for the human to do.

Oh, you fall in love with other people, and that is pretty easy. At least for a little while, until you get to know them better, and then it is not so easy. Unless you are really, really lucky and really in love with yourself!

Falling in love with you is not something that you, the human, can do.

Oh, let's say that again:

Falling in love with you is not something that you, the human, can do. It just doesn't work. It is not possible.

But, as you choose to be nice to you, to be respectful to you, to accept you, to open up to your soul, those are all things that the human can do. And as you do, you are going to start feeling your soul's love for you. And then you will begin to discover what it means to fall in love with you.

You cannot conjure it up, but at some point every one of you will discover it and feel it. But you have to allow that to happen naturally, for that comes from your soul, from your divinity.

In the meantime, start with just building that relationship. With being nice. Not the needy kind of nice that many of you know about, but be kind to you. Be kind to you even when that means, perhaps, being unkind to someone else.

It is time to let you be you.

It is time to let your anger be seen when it is there.

It is time to set boundaries where they are appropriate.

Yes, that other being that you see is a part of you, but that does not mean that it has a right to walk all over you or to control your life. So you set boundaries.

You set boundaries for the people around you, and you set boundaries for your own aspects. You welcome them home, but you do not allow them to manipulate you and control you. And you do that by being kind to yourself.

So, what is kindness for you? Feel into that in every moment.

When you are not sure what to do or say or how to relate to someone, ask yourself, what is kind to me here? And then trust the answer.

Now, if you hear your mind going off into, “Well, maybe this, maybe that. What about this? What about that? Maybe this is better, maybe that is better,” and all these things, that is just your mind. Step back, take a breath, and come back to, what feels kind to me in this moment?

It might be to get in somebody's face and tell them to leave and don't ever come back.

It might be to point out a behavior that is creating problems, and call it what it is.

You don't have to blame the other person, because this is your creation. But sometimes you do need to call it for what it is.

If someone is being mean to you, if someone is manipulating you, if someone is treating you disrespectfully, sometimes you simply have to call it what it is. Because that is the kind thing for you, and that is the only thing that will change the situation for the better. It might not seem better for the moment, but it will. It will change everything.

Mmm...

In whatever relationship you are dealing with in your life, whether it is your lover, your parent, your boss, your child, your friend, whatever it is, keep coming back to the knowing that this is a reflection of you.

If this person is treating you in some way that doesn't feel good, look inside yourself and ask yourself, what part of me is this reflecting?

Oh, you do that after you get clear with that person, if you can.

By clear, we mean stop the misbehavior. We mean, put up your boundary. Don't allow them to abuse you. That is not kind to you!

So the first thing is, take care of you. What is kind to you? Is kindness to you to let them continue their abusive behavior, or to walk away? Or whatever action needs to be taken.

Then ask yourself, what part of me am I not loving? Because everything in your human life, everything you see around you, is a reflection of something inside of you.

Now, a very important point here: This is not about blaming yourself!

Oh, we need to take that word and excise it from the vocabulary, because that is not what we are talking about. It is not about blame.

These are experiences that you created in order to know yourself better.

So now you look inside of yourself and you go, “Wow! What a creator I am! What a powerful creator I am! Now, what part of me is this showing me? What light of mine is this showing me?”

And then you simply look. And you feel.

Your mind wants to go process it all and figure it out. “Oh, what lifetime was that? What experience led to this? What...” It tries to figure out all the details, and that just confuses you. It leaves you even worse than where you started.

No, just ask a question: What part of me... Hm, no.

Let's be very clear here: What light of mine is this showing me?

Because that is what it is.

Every bit of darkness and shame within you, it only looks that way because you have hidden it from yourself. It is light!

And that is how you let it come home. You see its light. You acknowledge its light.

When you ask the question, What part of me is this reflecting? It is not about blame. It is not about what is wrong or what was wrong, or any of those things.

This is about opening up to the discovery of a new facet of your light.

That is where true integration happens. That is when these parts of you can finally come home. When you finally see them for what they are: fragments and facets of your light.

That is all they have ever been.

That is all there is in the whole wide world!

Fragments and facets of your light, here, serving you, showing you all these incredible parts of you!

Mmm...

Yes, the aches and the pains in your body are your light also, coming to you and showing you parts of you.

[John chokes up as he feels the profound implications of all this]

We are overwhelming John a little bit, and that is okay. He is seeing the deeper levels and layers of this, for lack of better words.

Ahh...

It is all your light!

Let it in. Let it come home to you.

One of the reasons your body struggles is that so much of your light is hidden out there in what you perceive as the darkness, and that rips you apart inside. It rips your body apart. Let it come home.

How do you do that?

Everything you see in the world around you, and in the body that you live within; everything you see and you feel, you say, That too is my light. It may be that I have hidden it away for a long time, and that is why it looks so dark. But it is still my light, and I am ready now to welcome it home.

Mmm...

You see stories in the news about all the violence and abuse happening in the world, and we are not here to justify that or to defend it in any way. But we are here to say, Dear friend, that too is your light. And when you let it come home, when you acknowledge that part of you, it will begin to come into balance. It will begin to be healed.

It won't happen instantly. It will take time. But dear friends, we are in the final countdown of until the grand shift. It is changing, as more and more people are letting those parts of themselves come home.

You look at the abuse in the world and you go, “Oh, that is such a terrible thing!”

Dear friend, THAT IS YOUR LIGHT!

Hear that!

Not only is it your light, but it is also somebody else's light. Those people, the abusers and the ones being abused, they all chose that experience because it is their light also, and they wanted the wisdom that comes from that experience. Every one of them! There are no exceptions.

As you see it, as you feel horrified by it, come back. Take a breath. Let that horror go and acknowledge: That too is my light, and I am ready to let it come home. To welcome it home. To give it a big hug!

Not to justify anything. Not to put any judgment on it, good or bad, but simply to welcome it home.

Because it is you.

It is your light, and you cannot be whole until you let it come home. Until you let it find its balance within you, within your heart.

Mmm...

So, if you want to understand the relationships around you, do two things: Remember that they too are your light, and bring your attention back to your relationship with you.

Because when you have that relationship with you, with your soul, when you have that love for self, that trust of self, then it is safe for all of these parts of you to come home.

Until then they are going to be out there in your darkness, making your life crazy. Making your life hurt. Horrifying you by their actions in the world.

But they are your light, dear friend. They are YOU, and it is time to let them come home.

Mmm...

John grew up as a Christian, and in the Christian Bible there is a beautiful metaphor in the creation story. Oh, the creation myth, indeed, but there is a beautiful metaphor there.

The story goes that God created the garden, and he created Adam and Eve and put them in the garden. And he put two trees in the garden. One was the tree of life, and God said, “Eat from this tree and you will never die. You will never get sick. It will keep you whole and healthy.”

And he put another tree there, called The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. And God said, do not eat from that tree, because the minute you do you will start to die. And that is such a true metaphor!

It was not about disobeying God and eating the apple. That is the silly human story that came after. No, it wasn't about that at all, and it completely missed the point.

The point is, when you start deciding what is good and what is evil, it kills you. It literally tears you apart inside, because what you are doing is pushing part of yourself off into that darkness. You are ripping yourself apart.

So, it is time to come back to the tree of life. Life has no judgment. Life has no evaluation of what is good or bad. Life just experiences.

Everything that you judge as good or bad, it is just an experience!

There is no such thing as good or bad, except in the imagination of the human!

That is all. That is the only place where there is anything that is good or bad. Outside of the human imagination, it is just an experience.

If you have a pain in your body, it is just an experience. It is only the mind that freaks out and says, “Oh my God, what is wrong with me? I have to do something, and I don't know what to do!” And it hurts worse and worse.

Oh, to the body, well, pain is not even in the body. It is all in your mind.

The body sends a signal to the brain that says, “Hey, something is happening here!” The body doesn't hurt, it is the brain that hurts. It is the brain that says, “Oh my god, I have to do something about it!” It interprets that simple chemical signal as pain, and it gives you a very emotional experience of pain. That is all it is! It is not real. It is not in your body!

Your body does not experience pain, but your mind does. It interprets those signals as pain and causes you agony and suffering, but it is not in your body.

For your body, it is just an experience. It is flesh that got damaged, that got burned or cut or broken, or whatever. It is just something that happened. It is your mind that makes the pain.

It is not your soul, it is not your consciousness, it is your mind, one hundred percent.

And that is true of every pain in your life, whether it is physical or emotional or any other way. It is your light.

Ha! Just like your body. You smash your finger and your body sends some light—that is what those chemicals and those electrical impulses are—it sends some light to your brain. And your brain says, “Oh, ouch! It hurts! It hurts! It hurts!”

It does not hurt, it is just light!

You will, at some point when you are ready, when your brain is ready, discover that. And your life will change dramatically.

It is your light, dear friend. It is ALL your light!

And when you allow yourself to recognize that, to acknowledge that, it will change your experience so dramatically! And all of those things you see, within and all around you, will begin to find a new balance.

Mmm...

It is not easy.

This whole system was carefully designed to make it not easy, because you didn't want to jump out too soon. You wanted to get all you could out of this experience. But now it is time.

Now it is time to build your new relationship with your light.

Then all of the other relationships in your life will change to match that, and to reflect back your light instead of your darkness.

But first, you have to let your light come home in ALL of its forms, and that requires a lot of dedication. A lot of commitment to love, to accept, to honor and respect everything about you.

Everything!

Including everything you see in your world, because that is all part of you. It is your own creation. It is all happening inside of your own imagination. Not the mind's story machine, but your true imagination.

Ahh...

Welcome home, dear friend!

For that is what happens when you begin to recognize your light in all of these things that you have so despised, so feared, and been so ashamed of. When you recognize your light in all of those things, you realize that you are home. And that you always have been home.

The whole journey is an imagination. A beautiful, beautiful imagination! And it is all inside of you.

You were home, the whole time.

Mmm...

So, we will return shortly with another session, and we will see you then.

Blessings, dear friend!

And so it is.

If this class is meaningful to you, you’re welcome to contribute to this work.
