Welcome! We’re happy to share The New Love with you.
This class is an invitation to discover what it means to truly love yourself—not as an ideal to live up to, but as a living relationship with your own soul, your humanity, and every part of yourself.
Across twelve sessions, we begin by exploring shame and the ways it affects our lives. From there, we create space for feeling, discover a new relationship with ourselves, and explore what it means to receive our own light. The journey leads toward allowing ourselves more fully, and toward the experience of coming home to who we are.
You don’t need to get it right or understand everything at once. We invite you to listen, to feel, and to give yourself room to discover what these messages mean for you. Take your time, pause when you need to, and return to any session whenever it calls to you.
